There will be 17 rent-only apartments in each building. Building A will be completed this September, B in October, and C in December.

The City District of Prague 18 - Letnany is becoming an increasingly popular place to live thanks to the extension of the "C" metro line and the urban circuit under construction.

The Letnany Shopping Center offers a wide range of services, cultural activities, shopping and entertainment. Complete civic amenities. Nearby is Lidl, or Globus.

Sport

Aquacentrum Lagoon, multi-purpose sports facility Sportcentrum Avion with an ice-hockey hall, and newly built forest park with cycle paths are a sign of dynamic development of this neighborhood.

Nature

Just below the windows of the apartment buildings is the Letnany forest park. The view to the north, towards Cakovice, is on the forest Havranák.

There are family houses in the neighborhood of the apartment buildings. We currently have all the houses in the first and second stages sold out. The plots for the third stage are all already reserved.
